SPEED FUCKING FLINTA EDITION
*for women, lesbian, inter, trans, nonbinary and agender people -- everyone except cis men.
“Fucking” = whatever *you* and *you together* understand it to mean – it can be, but absolutely doesn’t have to be, penetrative or anything like that. Sensual, energetic, pornographic, kinky, playful, cuddly, spiritual, simple, low-key, massagy, meditative… it all depends on what you consensually feel like doing together. And that also includes doing nothing together :)
“Speed” = not fast but like speed dating. We keep rotating so that new pairings keep forming. Each duo has 10 minutes before the wheel continues to roll 🎡
We skip the question “Is something possible between us?” and jump straight to *“WHAT is possible between us?”
We explore this in random pairings – sometimes with people who match our preferences, and sometimes with people who are not our type at all. The results can be surprising, often contrary to our assumptions, and there is a lot to discover and experience.
In every pairing, communication is the top priority – before any physical contact, there is first a mutual check-in, sharing what impulses are arising, and only after a shared “yes” do you move into interaction. This can be paused, changed, or stopped at any time. What you do is entirely up to you.
The workshop begins with warm-up exercises, including nervous-system-regulating practices such as ERAP (Embodied Relational Awareness Practice), to help you engage with others safely while staying connected to yourself.
There will also be exercises without physical contact to get the imagination going: what can we imagine with this person? We will also set aside time to get ourselves in the mood through movement, touch, and fantasy.
In total, there will be about 5 rounds. Afterwards, there is an opportunity to check in again with each encounter and reflect on the experience together.
Important: please bring your own towel/sheet and anything you wish to play with!
About the facilitator
Beata designs workshops, gatherings and counseling sessions that invite participants to engage with the fact that people are inconvenient. Rather than trying to eliminate or gloss over this reality, she finds it worthwhile to recognize and work with it, as it forms the basis of ethical relating.
She pursued a PhD on consent and published her book "Not Giving a Fuck. Von lustlosem Sex und sexloser Lust", which explores the erotics of failure and the importance of non_sexual liberation.
