Ceci’s arms-front harness offers comfort, adaptability, and clean aesthetics. You’ll learn how to construct it while focusing on body geometry, balance, and connection. A great transition harness for those moving toward suspension or more demanding floor work, as the focus is more on the body being tied and tailoring, than using specific frictions.
Take your fundamentals and start building stronger, more supportive structures. We explore specific harness types, styles, body positions, and different tying styles from across rope traditions.
