OWN YOUR FLOW: RECLAIMING ANATOMY, PLEASURE & SACRED SENSUALITY
An experimental squirting workshop
Our intention with this workshop is to create a warm, conscious, and radically safe space for people socialized as women on the basis of their genitalia, to discover, deconstruct, and re-create their sensual and sexual expression.
In a culture still rooted in patriarchal frameworks, the realms of self-knowledge, accurate anatomy, and pleasure for people assigned female at birth have been historically neglected, shrouded in misinformation and shame. Over this immersive weekend, we gently open our horizons—not to perform or prove anything, but to explore the vast, untapped potential that lives within us. Together, we will deconstruct the limiting ideas that condition our self-perception and gently reclaim the space we deserve.
Our Guiding Compass
The theme of squirting will be our guiding North Star—not as a final goal or a performance to achieve, but as an inspiring metaphor for the mystery, fluidity, and profound potential of our biology. It is an invitation to be curious about what our bodies are capable of when we feel truly safe, relaxed, and present.
The Journey (Friday – Sunday)
We begin with a full-body, holistic start—grounding through fascia massage, sharing where we stand, and creating a container of trust where thoughts, emotions, and anxieties can be voiced without judgment. We move into the subtle intelligence of the nervous system, exploring the connection between breath and the vagal nerve, gently reframing cultural unease, disgust, or shame around bodily fluids into something we can welcome with curiosity.
Saturday deepens our investigation through anatomy and physiology—not as a dry clinical study, but as a guided, hands-on exploration. We will reframe the narrative around the G-spot, demystifying the fluid itself.
